The credit is valid for 45 days after a qualifying company closure and applies exclusively to U.S.-based manufacturers and assemblers, not importers. Eligible customers should fill out THIS FORM to be matched with a Fabuwood dealer; the ordering process can begin simply with proof of original deposit.
