Today, she serves in a warehouse leadership role where she oversees inventory management, operational processes, and software training initiatives across multiple sister companies within the Flowco organization.

Her professional journey has taken her from restaurant management and refinery operations to welding, fabrication, warehouse management, and supply chain leadership. Lisa began her professional career in restaurant management, overseeing operations across multiple locations. She later transitioned into the industrial sector, working as an electrical and instrumentation technician supporting refinery operations. Following a medical setback, Lisa made the decision to return to school, earning multiple welding certifications with honors from Clarendon College.
Her education and technical training included certifications in structural welding, pipe welding, drafting, wastewater, and pump and motor maintenance. These experiences gave Lisa a strong technical foundation and helped prepare her for the next chapter of her career.
In 2013, Lisa joined Flogistix as a warehouse associate. Her dedication and work ethic soon opened opportunities to move into fabrication, where she worked as a welder building vapor recovery units designed to support environmental compliance. Her experience on the fabrication side ultimately complemented her understanding of warehouse operations and equipment, providing her with a broader view of how different areas of an organization work together.
Lisa eventually returned to warehouse operations, where she progressed into management and expanded her responsibilities across the organization. Today, her work encompasses inventory control, process improvement, planning, systems training, and team development.
Accuracy and compliance remain central to Lisa’s approach. She understands that effective warehouse and supply chain operations depend on more than simply keeping materials organized. They require careful planning, clear communication, accountability, and systems that provide reliable information for decision-making.
Lisa is also pursuing her CPIM, or Certified in Planning and Inventory Management, certification and actively participates in the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM). Her continued professional development reflects her belief that successful leaders should never stop learning.

Within logistics and manufacturing, increasingly sophisticated systems are making it possible to communicate information about equipment and units through advanced digital and three-dimensional concepts. Technologies such as Oculus headsets can provide users with immersive views of equipment, including visual representations of how units operate and where heat points and other important information may be located.
